Roles:
Design artwork for all releases.
Find and network with producers all over the world.
Organise mix downs, mastering of tunes and release.
Organise vinyl being pressed.
Run all the social platforms and first point of contact.
Promo in person and online
Design and organise merchandise.
3/4 of all our profits are donated annually between Crisis, The Forward Trust, and The Hunt Saboteurs. With one portion going back into the label to pay producers, mastering, merch runs and everything else that keeps it going.
